Yesterday afternoon I was walking through the park and I suddenly smelled the faint scent of my favorite men cologne.   I looked around in all directions but yet I didn’t see anyone.  I wondered if the scent of the men cologne was drifting from another part of the park or if someone had walked through and his scent was lingering.  

Its funny how something as simple as men cologne can take you another time and place.  For a moment I was taken back to the year that I gave this exact cologne to my first serious boyfriend.   He loved it and I remember thinking that life couldn’t have been any sweeter at that moment.   I found myself wondering if the men cologne was still being sold today and wondered if I could find it online for a good price.  I thought it would be great for my son, who has wanted to start wearing men cologne.   It was definitely an idea, and something I’ll discuss with my husband to see what he thinks.   He’s growing up whether he wears cologne or not, so I may as well stop being so resistant.    It seems like yesterday he was still in diapers.
