This year I decided to surprise mom on her birthday by speaking to her afternoons outside of work. She has devoted her life to helping others in the school system. It has not been by any means a glamorous run. People like me work towards a business goal that in the end results in financial gain. She knew way back when as a student studying teaching techniques in college that her career choice would never be rewarded as it should. Fast forward, a couple of decades and the state of a teacher to social worker's pay is not much different. They are always the first on the chopping block when it comes to paying back state and government debt. I have heard concerns over and over again from people in educational and social service work as debts increase. Most people don’t want tax increases but this is the only way to keep the salaries of those who have given so much back livable. Notice how I say livable. I don’t think there will ever be a time teachers make a wage the majority think is fair.
All of this stress pushed me to search for relaxing essential oils for mom. I started online. I came to GR SKINCARE at http://www.grskincare.com/. They have a very impressive collection of essential oil bottles. From essential oils to women's perfume to aromatherapy oil, there is something for every situation. Essential oils are more times then not based off natural ingredients tried and test through history to be positives for the body.
For instance, bay leaf derived oils is said to increase blood circulation, increase hair growth, cure muscle aches and moisturize the scalp. When my mom finishes up with her workweek the only thing on her mind is rest and relaxation. Some of the stories I hear about her classroom are insane. Kids who throw fits, don’t want to do anything and act irrationally towards the teachers and peers is just another day. I hope my offering of essential oil allows her to relax a bit better when that final school bell rings.
Recently there has been a lot of room for stress. Stock traders have seen big economic changes, legislation to change our daily lives is on the table and individual careers have been thrown curve balls. In the end staying as stress free as possible is the only way to go. Essential oil can be a great tool in a simpler end of the day.
